Everyone will agree that life hasn’t been quite the same since the pandemic hit the UK and the rest of the World. With lots of uncertainty and additional stress, the music has become a refuge and a way to unwind.
Learning the guitar with the graded exams in mind could be a great project that will help you to look forward to something once life gets back to normal. It potentially could lead to some great music opportunities, including jobs that involve reading, writing and recording music.
Having a formal recognition of your guitar skills can massively increase your credentials as a musician and can give you a boost of confidence.
Taking graded guitar exams is also an excellent way to measure your progress and stay motivated. It applies to guitar students of any age. I believe that it’s never too late to learn something new and make a change in your life. It’s also never too early to learn the guitar!
